Police say the 10-year-old girl drove down the street about two and a half blocks, hitting three parked cars and semi-truck.
When they arrived they say she was was scared and crying, but no one was injured.
The child's father says the girl has a developmental disability and is known to sleepwalk, but has never done something like this.
Police have cited her with failure to control, not wearing a seatbelt, and operating a vehicle without a license.
The girl was not arrested, but she will have to appear in juvenile court.
Police say it is possible the case could be thrown out.
What are your thoughts? Should the charges stand?
