Colorado City Fire Displaces a Family

Tuesday night's fire in Colorado City completely destroys two homes and heavily damages another.
Tuesday evening at around 4 p.m., one home caught fire in Colorado City. 

It quickly spread to the neighboring homes because of the strong winds leaving two homes completely destroyed and another heavily damaged. 

According to police officials, they do not believe foul play was involved but an investigation is underway. 

The Spray family owned one of the homes that was completely destroyed.

After they returned to their property the next day to see the damaged, they spoke to KRBC's Dayne Marae.

They expressed shock and disbelief for their loss, but extreme gratitude for the community members that have already donated to help her family.
