If you thought the Cougars were scoring a lot of points this year, you are right. The offense led by a skilled offensive line, running back Trey Dye, and quarterback Lorenzo Joe are just 14 points from becoming the highest scoring offense in school history.

Head coach Todd Moebes said, "It doesn't matter the situation. It doesn't matter the conditions or whatever else. They're able to micro-manage the game down to each play and to win their individual battles each play, so that we can be successful and move the chains and have positive plays. Regardless of what happens in that play, whether it be positive or negative, they're able to put it behind them and continue to be consistant on the next play."

The Cougars and Longhorns will get underway at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon in Stephenville.
