Future of North Side Schlotzsky's Uncertain

You might remember the Abilene Schlotzsky's that closed late last year for an "Attitude Adjustment," and even put it on a big sign out in front of the restaurant.
You might remember the Abilene Schlotzsky's that closed late last year for an "Attitude Adjustment," and even put it on a big sign out in front of the restaurant.

Well, now there is a different sign, but this time on the front door and not so big.

The sign is informing customers that they will be closing at 4 p.m. through this Thursday.

The management says that they just do not have enough employees to cover staying open all day long.

It is not certain what is going to take place after Thursday, but another representative of the north side restaurant says depending on this Thursday's sales, the restaurant could close it's doors.

A request has been put in to talk to the owner, however, no response has been received yet.
