One day a week the Gypsy Blu food truck is parked in Downtown Abilene serving up dinner and dessert along with their specialty drinks.
"We've got some private parking there, it's covered, so there is some shade and hopefully it will kind of help us come into the Winter season," says Bonterra Blu owner and head chef, Joel Trueblood.
The "Mobile Food Circus" as it's called is also available for private parties and catering and will be settling in to next month's Artwalk as well.
"It's just an open market right now," explains Trueblood. "This is a brand new project so it takes a little time to figure out and kind of work out some of the kinks."
The Food Truck's menu chances each week, as Trueblood says to bring a little variety and keep things fresh.
