A strong cold front will not only drop temperatures by 25 to 30 degrees Thursday morning, it brings a high wildfire danger to the eastern Big Country. The front will move through the majority of the area by noon. Wind behind the front should consistently be 20-30 mph with gusts out to 40. No rain is forecast. Highs on Thursday should reach the low 60's and then drop to the low to mid 30's by Friday morning. Friday will be breezy south wind with warming temperatures into the low 70's.
