As of 9pm Wednesday night, an upper level low was beginning to spread snow across West Texas. For the eastern counties of the Big Country, snow is expected after midnight, ending by noon Thursday. Amounts of 1 inch or less in the eastern and southeastern counties is how it looks as of tonight. Temperatures remain bitterly cold with lows around 20 and highs Thursday around 25. Temperatures will remain below freezing until Friday afternoon.
