Temperatures Thursday will range from the low 90's in the Brownwood area to upper 90's in Abilene to the low 100's in Snyder and Knox City. The western and northern counties will be hottest on Thursday and similar heat will carry into Friday and Saturday. But we turn our attention to a cold front which, by Saturday night, will be approaching the northern Big Country. The front, with some upper level support, is expected to help form showers and thunderstorms for Sunday, Sunday night, Monday, Monday night and possibly Tuesday. We should see several opportunities for rain over the Sunday through Tuesday period.
