A high pressure ridge will bring hot air from the deserts of Mexico into the western Big Country early week, setting the stage for five days of our hottest temperatures so far this late Spring season. Highs at or just above the century mark are likely, especially Wednesday through Saturday. The next chance for rain is along a cold front which looks to arrive by this coming Sunday.
