Skies across the western Big Country clear early in the day Wednesday, afternoon temperatures warm to the middle 50's.
A late night clearing trend is forecast for Tuesday night in the western Big Country. While clouds may erode, fog may develop and with temperatures well into the low 20's, the fog could freeze. Roads are forecast to remain slick in spots until thawing begins around 10 o'clock on Wednesday morning. A prolonged warming trend with temperatures back to the 70's begins Thursday and continues into the first of next week with no rain in the forecast.
