The Red Flag Warning continues in effect until 8pm this evening, and it'll still be windy for most of the night, with the winds eventually settling down after 10pm. The next couple of days we'll see breezy conditions with northerly winds 10-20mph, but that's certainly better than the gusty winds 40-50mph that we had earlier this week! Fire Danger will be reduced to "Elevated" rather than "Critical." I know that's not much consolation, but it's some progress, at least! Unfortunately, it continues to look like a dry forecast through at least the early part of next week.
