The atmosphere is relatively uncapped so we can expect showers and thunderstorms to develop in our far western counties, along the weak cold front, and then advance into the Big Country this evening and overnight. Organized severe weather is not expected, but isolated marginally severe storms are possible with downburst winds and hail possible. Locally heavy rainfall will be the greatest concern. There will be a 50% chance for showers and thunderstorms tonight; a 40% chance tomorrow, dropping to a 30% chance for tomorrow night. We will have a lingering 20% chance on Saturday for additional rainfall. SE winds will be 5-10mph.
