Rain is in the forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours. Some of us will receive more than others, with around an inch of rain possible east of Sweetwater. Some of the storms could initially turn severe with large hail the main threat this evening and early tonight. Rain chances ramp up early Thursday morning with flash flooding possible, however, by then the hail threat will be much lower. Another round of storms are possible Thursday afternoon in the Heartland, with dry air moving in from the west. This weekend will be warm and dry with highs in the 90’s. A strong cold front moves through on Monday
