KTAB Regional Forecast Western Big Country: AM April 16th, 2014

Warm But Windy
Highs today will near average with temperatures approaching 75 degrees. Wind speeds will climb as the day goes on, gusting up to 35 miles per hour at times. Lows tonight will be mild, into the 50’s with increasing clouds. A weak cold front moves through Thursday bringing a slight chance for rain along with it. The rain tomorrow will be very spotty, with most of us staying dry. All of us have a much better chance for rain over the weekend, mainly Saturday night into Sunday morning. Highs will be in the 70’s on Saturday, near 80 on Sunday. Dewpoints will also be up there, making it feel rather humid over the weekend. Check out my latest blog on Facebook about yesterday's record freeze in Abilene.
