The Lady Dragons would plate a total of five runs in the second inning, many of which coming with two-outs, to jump out to a big 5-0 lead.
Jim Ned would get one of those runs back, but Erin Anderson would end the inning with a strike-out to get out of the jam.
Bangs would lead 5-1 at that point, and blow the game wide open in the top of the third. A two-run inside-the-park homerun by Jaylee Roberts would cap off a six run inning for the Lady Dragons, and give them a 11-1 lead.
They would hold on from there to win by the count of 13-2.
