Rylee Ware, 17, is currently working on receiving his Eagle ranking. In order to get it, Ware must complete a project that benefits the community, showing leadership and management of the project.
Ware decided to do his project on the corner of Musken and Kenwood. There is a bus stop on the corner where people stand and wait.
One day while Ware was visiting his grandparents he got the idea to put in a bench so people no longer had to stand.
Ware and the Troop Leader of Troop 201, who is also his father, laid down the slab of concrete where the bench will go. He engraved his name and troop number into the concrete.
So everyone who uses the bench will know that it was an Eagle project and it's purpose is to help the community.
