On Wednesday, May 14, the Rose Park Senior Activity Center will host the annual Wellness Jamboree for Senior Citizens and their adult children.
On Wednesday, May 14, the Rose Park Senior Activity Center will host the annual Wellness Jamboree for Senior Citizens and their adult children. Activities begin at 8:30 a.m. and last until noon. The Jamboree is a day of fun activities to promote the importance of overall health and fitness for senior citizens. It is free for those who attend.
Guests can visit many exhibitor booths and sessions that will include a speaker and demonstrations focusing on overall health and wellness. Guest Speaker Dr. Sandy Hazelip will present “Please Doctor Why Am I Hurting Now” at 10:30 a.m. in the Ballroom. Door prizes will be given away at the event. Lunch will not be served at the event but refreshments will be available.
