Shooting Victims Struggle to Find Help

A couple who were shot at more than 16 times and nearly killed haven't found the help they need to recover.
A couple who were the victims of a shooting spree in May are searching for anyone who may help them with counseling and medical costs.

The couple were two of seven victims who were shot at multiple times by a marine based in North Carolina who was heading to his home in California.

The Brady Police Dept. doesn't have a victim's liaison, however, there is an organization that has offered to help.

The Haven Family shelter has received a grant to train their counselor who typically deals with sexual assaults to now also help counsel victims of other crimes such as shootings.

The couple should be offered their counseling services by next month.
