The Sweetwater Mustangs fell to the highly ranked Wall Hawks on Friday night at the Mustang Bowl.

Wall would strike first on Friday night with a touchdown run by Brent Matschek. After a failed two-point-conversion, the Hawks held onto a 6-0 advantage.

Sweetwater would later respond after a Wall touchdown with a Kaegan Jeffrey to Kaleb Hoover touchdown pass. That gave the Mustangs a 7-6 lead.

It would be short lived in the second quarter with a touchdown by Hawks quarterback Luke Dacy to give the lead back to Wall.

In the end the Hawks would be too much for the Mustangs as Wall picked up a 42-28 victory.
