An Abilene man is behind bars after he allegedly tried to sell thousands worth of stolen items to a police posing as a civilian.
An Abilene man is behind bars after he allegedly tried to sell thousands worth of stolen items to a police posing as a civilian.

Zachary Wilson, 19, is at the Taylor County Jail as of Sunday on a $7,500 bond.

He's been accused of selling items he stole from a church late February. The stolen items include sound board mixers, speaker amps and other items valued between $1,500 to $20,000.

According to the arrest report, Wilson admitted to burglarizing the church and was charged with state jail felony theft.
