The fire has already jumped several roads and firefighters are working hard to get it under control.

So far, one home has been saved from the fire's path, however, some oil field equipment is in the path of the fire on the south end, and hay bails have been lost to the fire on the north end.

Two cattle were also lost to the fire.

There is no word yet on to what extent the fire has been contained.

We have crew on the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.
