Window Shattering BB Gun Suspects in Custody

One arrest has been made in connection to shattered windows, but police say it's not linked to the most recent BB gun crime spree.
Abilene police have made an arrest connected to several shattered windows around town, but it turns out there are four more suspects in a separate case with several broken windows.

For the past two weeks, we've been telling you about windows being shot out with a BB gun. Several cars were hit in the 400 block of Palm and many businesses including the Firehouse Fitness on South 7th and Papa Johns Pizza on North First and a Taco Bell. Abilene police say they know who they're looking for but haven't made any arrests in those cases yet.

However, they did arrest 18-year-old Emilio Santibanez for criminal mischief in November of last year, that amounted to $23 thousand dollars in damages.
