Storms and a very successful blood drive on the minds our our viewers.
First the storms, obviously we saw a lot of damage in this system that came through on Easter Sunday.
Tiffany wrote in to thank us for all of the speedy updates on the severe weather when it hit.
She says, "It's probably not easy to keep up with the constantly changing information and to relay the news so quickly but we sure appreciate it."
Tom says, "thanks for the great weather coverage today KRBC. Was a crazy weather day."
You are very welcome, thanks for the nice comments Tiffany and Tom. While many people were watching KRBC TV for their severe weather coverage last weekend, thousands more were getting regular updates on their mobile devices. If you haven't gotten your KRBC app, do so soon and be ready for the next round of severe weather.
A different Tiffany also wrote in concerning the blood drive that we hosted yesterday here at KRBC.
She says, "I just want to say thank you to everyone who donated blood. A blood donor saved my life."
To put it another way, a pint of blood donated can save the lives of up to three infants. You never know who you might benefit, so when you have the next opportunity, at a public blood drive like ours, or by just swinging by Meek Blood Center at Hendrick when you have a spare 30 minutes, consider giving blood. You may just save someone's life.
