This week it gets a little harder. The 2nd ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor Crusaders are coming to town.
The Cowboys have lost 11 straight to the Crusaders, but they say this is just another game.
Head coach Jesse Burleson said, "It's just like every other conference game. Everybody wants to make more out of it than it is, but it's just another conference game. It counts one time. We know what we have to do and that's execute the game plan and thats all three phases. You can't be really goods on offense and suffer on defense or special and vice versa witrh all of those so we have to execute the gameplan in all three phases in order to get it done."
Tevin Mittchell said, "We came close to beating them last year. We were down by eight points and came back in the fourth quarter and made it a close game so hopefully we get it done this year."
The Cowboys and the Crusaders meet for the 19th time in the history over the rivalry on Saturday at 1. Mary Hardin-Baylor leads the series with 13 wins.
