Old Schools Buildings Are Not Handicap Accessible, Jim Ned Bond Could Have Changed That
The nearly 21-million dollar bond for Jim Ned CISD was rejected in yesterday's election. Local disabled community members are disappointed with this decision. They say the schools needed this to help disabled children have more accessible resources like all other kids.

One parent has a daughter in a wheel chair and she says the school layout makes it almost impossible for her child to go to the playground and even use the bathroom on her own.
