An Arctic cold front will drop temperatures 30 to 40 degrees Wednesday night into Thursday and could bring some light snow to the eastern Big Country Thursday night into Friday morning. Temperatures around 30 to begin the day Thursday, and holding steady in the upper 20's during the day, but down to the mid teens by Friday morning. Light snow is possible from late Thursday through early Friday morning but amounts should be less than an inch. However, it should be noted that there may be some travel issues Friday morning with any precipitation freezing on contact. A quick warming trend is in store this weekend as highs return to the 60's by Saturday.
