A FROST ADVISORY is in effect from 3am to 8am Thursday morning for most of the Big Country, including Abilene, north to Knox City and Haskell, south to Coleman and Brownwood, east to Breckenridge, Cisco and Eastland. Temperatures in the mid 30's are forecast for Thursday morning followed by sunny skies and a high around 65 with light wind Thursday afternoon. Expect temperatures to drop to near 40 Thursday night, near 68 Friday and then back to the low 70's for highs this weekend. Early next week, a few showers possible Tuesday then a strong cold front about next Wednesday brings a chance for rain and reduced temperatures.
