A few showers managed to form behind a weak cool front Friday evening. The front will slowly drift south through the Big Country Friday night, making little difference in temperature. The front should wash out Saturday afternoon. Still just enough moisture around, combined with afternoon heating, to bring a slight chance for very isolated showers both Saturday and Sunday. Tropical Storm Ingrid in the southern Gulf of Mexico (Bay of Campeche) will stir around there this weekend and is forecast to move westward into Mexico, bringing heavy rain, however, to South Texas. Some of that moisture is forecast to make its way into the Big Country but only a slight 20 to 30 percent chance for rain results Monday into Tuesday and Wednesday. Low temperatures this weekend from 68-70 with afternoon highs around 90.
