A low pressure system will move from west to east across the KRBC viewing area late Thursday night through early Friday afternoon, bringing a few showers and isolated thunderstorms to the area. Amounts are expected to be less than a quarter inch. The western Big Country may not get rain at all. The time frame from the rain will be from the very early pre-sunrise hours through early afternoon. After the rain moves east in the afternoon, west wind will bring a warm afternoon with highs in the upper 60's. Dry and warm weather is in store for the weekend with upper 60's again on Saturday and lower 70's on Sunday. A late Sunday front will drop highs back to the low 60's for Monday and Tuesday. Aside from our rain chance Friday, it's a dry forecast from Saturday through next Thursday with quiet weather in store.
