A cold front late Friday night brings about much cooler weather for the weekend ...
One more warm and windy day on Friday, then much cooler weather this weekend. As of Thursday night, a cold front was moving through the Rockies in Wyoming and Colorado, the same front which will push through the Big Country from late Friday night through early Saturday morning. The front brings a 30 percent chance for showers and storms and temperatures will drop about 25 degrees in its wake.
Friday: Partly cloudy, windy, warm - high 91. South wind 15 to 25.
Friday Night: Front arrives, scattered showers and storms, low 53. North wind 15 to 20.
Saturday: Morning showers move south, then partly cloudy, windy and chilly. High near 68, wind chills in the 50's.
Saturday Night: Mostly clear and very cool, low near 45.
Sunday: Sunny and nice, high 75.
Monday through Wednesday: Mostly sunny, highs in the low to middle 80's.
