A drastic drop in temperatures greets the western Big Country early Tuesday morning ....
An arctic airmass will charge through the western Big Country during the early morning hours of Tuesday, ushering in north wind of 15 to 25mph, some light rain, temperatures in the upper 30's Tuesday morning and wind chills in the 30's all day long.  Tuesday night, a FREEZE WARNING is in effect for many of our western communities of the Big Country as lows dip into the middle 20's.  Highs return to the middle 50's by Wednesday.  Rain returns to the forecast in time for the weekend and temperatures remain below normall all this week.
