A cold front will move through the Western portion of the Big Country Friday afternoon and evening, bringing rain to about 30 percent of the area. Temperatures will vary north to south on Friday, cooler to the northwestern Big Country and warmer in advance of the front in the southwestern Big Country. Highs from 68 to 78 north to south are expected. The showers and isolated thunderstorms will move south out of the area late Friday night. Saturday morning temperatures will likely be in the low to middle 40's followed by highs on a sunny Saturday of 68-70. Saturday night lows in the middle 40's followed by highs on a sunny Sunday near 75. The next front is Monday and that brings a slight 20 percent chance for rain.
