Brown spent the day at Wesley Court in Abilene giving free public laughter sessions. Brown says that laughter can be very beneficial to your health. Not only is it a form of aerobic exercise, but it is a natural pain kill and can alleviate bronchitis and asthma symptoms. Laughter Yoga is for anyone and everyone, so long as you're willing to be a little silly.
