McMurry University held it's organizational fair designed to help get new students plugged into churches and student activites that can help them in their time at McMurry.

"We have over 60 community organizations, student organizations, businesses, banks, and all sorts of stuff here," said Megan Baldree, McMurry University. "So it's just a really great opportunity for new students and current students to connect with the Abilene community."

In addition to the fair, the lounge where students gathered was renamed the Windjammers Lounge after a popular music group that began at McMurry in the 1960s and had several hits.
