McMurry Offers Fitness Classes To Seniors

McMurry University will offer a new Group Exercise class this fall aimed at senior adults.

Fifty Plus Fitness will be at 9:00 am for an hour every Monday and Wednesday, beginning Sept. 2 and continuing to Dec. 4.

The class is limited to persons over fifty years of age, and music for the workouts uses songs from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.

Participants can also attend any of the other group classes offered at McMurry. Cost for the entire semester is $80, but half price sign-up extends for the first two weeks.

Registration occurs at the class, held in room 200 of Hunt PE Center on the McMurry campus.
