For early-risers, the Winter Body Fit program runs Monday through Thursday from September 2 through October 10 from 5 to 6 a.m. for a cost of $100. All fitness levels are welcome. Class is designed to improve fitness, toning and strength.
Hour-long mid-day and evening group exercise classes run from August 26 through December 6 for a fee of $80. Offerings include Fifth Fitness at 9 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Yoga is at noon on Tuesday and Thursday and again at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
Core Training is at noon on Wednesday and Friday.
Monday and Wednesday evenings include Low Impact Aerobics at 5:30 p.m. and Zumba sessions at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Participants may mix-and-match attendance at the mid-day and evening offerings. Drop-ins pay $5 per visit.
