McMurry Women's Golf in 2nd at OBU Spring Invitational

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - After Day 1 of the Oklahoma Baptist University Spring Invitational, McMurry University's women's golf team finds itself in second place after one of it's best round of the season. The War Hawks carded a team aggregate of 332 on the par-72, 5,896-yard Earlywine Golf Club.
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - After Day 1 of the Oklahoma Baptist University Spring Invitational, McMurry University's women's golf team finds itself in second place after one of it's best round of the season. The War Hawks carded a team aggregate of 332 on the par-72, 5,896-yard Earlywine Golf Club.

Senior Kelly Green will sleep on her standing as the tournament's co-leader, after firing a 77 today. She is tied with Bellevue University's Maria Saavedra.

Teammate Makenzie Stone is tied for fourth place in the overall standings, with a round of 79. McM's Courtney Norton's 84 on Monday has her tied for 12th place.

Cameron Wallace's 92 and Leah Morgan's 94 round out the McMurry contingent.
