One Year Later, Local Business Thriving After Fire Destroys Shop

Wednesday marked the one-year anniversary of an early-morning fire that destroyed three businesses on Butternut Street. One year later, 5D Hats has moved into a new building and says business is close to where it was this time last year. Wednesday marked the one-year anniversary of an early-morning fire that destroyed three businesses on Butternut Street.

One year later, 5D Hats has moved into a new building and says business is close to where it was this time last year.

The owner says hat shop owners across the country helped find antique hat-making equipment to replace what was lost in the fire.
