Roscoe held a small lead at halftime, and kept their advantage early in the second half with a lay-up by Torrey Willman.
A short time later Mirian Solis found Faith Boren open for a jump shot to give the Plowgirls a three point lead.
Then the Lady Eagles started to crank up the defensive pressure. First it was Selena Navarrao with the steal at one end of the court, and that lead to a lay-up at the other end for Savannah Jones. It would also give Sterling City the lead for the first time in the second half.
The Lady Eagles would outscore the Plowgirls 5-1 in the final 3:30 of the game to hold on for a 32-29 victory.
