Global Samaritan Resources and the Red Cross are taking donations to provide disaster relief for the Philippines after Friday's devastating typhoon.

On Friday, Typhoon Haiyan, the second category 5 typhoon to strike the Philippines in the last year, swept across the central Philippines, leaving death and devastation in its wake.

The death toll continues to rise and more than 300,000 people have been left homeless.

The Red Cross is currently providing shelter and necessities for those without housing. You can assist in the relief effort by clicking here.

Global Samaritan Resources is also taking monetary donations to help with disaster relief efforts by providing any needed supplies and goods.
