The first key is to pressure the quarterback. It doesn't matter that back-up quarterback Josh McCown is filling in for Jay Cutler, the Cowboys need to get more pressure on the quarterback. The Cowboys have only registered six sacks in the last five games, and that just is not enough.

The second key is for the Cowboys to run the football effectively. They showed that ability against the Oakland Raiders on Thanksgiving by rushing for 144 yards and three touchdowns. The Bears are last in the National Football League in run defense, and giving up 153 yards rushing a game. It sure would help to be able to run with the temperature at kickoff expected to be in the mid-teens.

The last key is for Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith to slow down Bears defensive lineman Julius Peppers. Peppers has been hot of late, registering five and a half sacks in just the last five games. Meanwhile, Smith has been playing at a pro-bowl level and needs to continue to protect Tony Romo's blind side.

The Cowboys and Bears will get underway just after 7:30 p.m. on Monday night in Chicago.
