Last week the Cowboys defeated the Redskins 24-23 to set up this Sunday's match-up with Philadelphia. The winner takes the NFC East, but on Monday learned that Tony Romo seems to have a serious back/hip condition. Making his availability for Sunday's game questionable.
The Cowboys did not concede he is out for the season. That's despite national reports saying that Romo is out for the remainder of the year.
Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said Romo will be day-to-day. They will evaluate his condition. Have him do some rehab, and see if they can him ready for Sunday's game.
After the Redskins game while walking to the bus at Fed Ex field, Romo did not sound very optimistic when talking with Mickey Spagnola. Saying he thought it was pretty serious.
