Like many night snackers, the evening is a way to unwind after a long day. Consequently, favorite snacks such as chips, pastries, and soda can be unhealthy in excess. Registered dietitians suggest replacing unhealthy snacks with better options such as butterless popcorn. If you prefer to sweeten your popcorn, try adding a little cinnamon or a sprinkle of sugar. Fruit is also a healthy snack, along with a handful of nuts.
