The severe storm on Monday brought some rain to the area, but for one Big Country County, it wasn't enough.

The Brown County Water District one held a meeting this morning to determine the fate of water usage for the area. The board is heavily considering moving forward with a stage four water restriction- which would mean no outdoor watering.

The heavy toll would affect all Brown County residents and one university is concerned with the possible long-term effects.

The water board says they plan on meeting again in a few weeks and if conditions have not improved, stage four water restrictions may become effective.
