For some residents living at the Warwick Apartment Complex in South Abilene, electricity still had not returned Wednesday morning, leaving them frustrated and helpless.

One family was forced to vacate their apartment after the roof was completely destroyed. Others have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food, are unable to finance a hotel room and must suffer through the heat.

Fortunately, electricity returned to the building late this afternoon.
