Saturday is technically the last day. Sunday is a half-day but majority of the fair will be deconstructed. According to Expo Center executive director Rochelle Johnson, this year's fair may be one of their best. Usually, the fair gets rained on each year, but that wasn't the case this time around.
Johnson believes the bright and sunny days drew lots of crowds in. In particular Wednesday, where tickets were sold at a cheaper price. They saw more than seven-thousand people because of the promotion.
The vendors benefited from the increased attendance. According to some, their sales have gone up.
Johnson says they will start planning for next year soon.
