Hasan is being court-martialed at Fort Hood.

He's charged with murdering 13 people and wounding several others at the post near Killeen back in November of 2009.

Hasan could be sentenced to be executed for the crimes.

Hasan was left partially paralyzed when police officers from Killeen shot him during the attack.
