Investigators have charged Charles Brownlow, Jr. with one count of capital murder, and more charges are expected.

The officers transferred Brownlow from the Terrell jail to another building nearby. That building has been set up to accommodate the investigation.

Brownlow is suspected of killing five people, including his mother and an aunt.

Another man says he was told that Brownlow was also planning to kill him and his wife.
