The chances Saturday have increased to 40 percent, Sunday to 50 percent, Monday at 40 percent and into Tuesday at 20 percent.
Several factors are coming together: low level moisture from the Gulf of Mexico, upper level moisture from the Pacific ocean courtesy of a tropical system, a couple fronts with one this weekend and a stronger one pushing through next Tuesday which will clear out the rain.
Temperatures will remain mild with overnight lows reacting to the gulf moisture, which means with more moisture in the air, temperatures at night can't get as cool.
Afternoon highs will be around 83 Thursday and Friday, near 80 Saturday and upper 70s Sunday and Monday.
