What's Gluten Got To Do With It

My Organic Kitchen shares some clever ways to go gluten-free...
With gluten allergies on the rise, My Organic Kitchen is educating people on clever ways to take gluten out of everyday recipes.
Jaclyn Harwell joined us in studio to share her tips on making healthy alternatives without skimping on the flavor.
For example, when making spaghetti, she substitutes the pasta for spaghetti squash. Instead of lasagna noodles, she uses zucchini cut into ribbons.
Watch the video to see all of Jaclyn's advice.
Jaclyn will be teaching a gluten-free cooking class at Natural Food Center in Abilene on July 26. Registration is 35 dollars, which includes a food sampling. For more information, you can call (325) 716-0754 or email Jaclyn at myorganickitchen@gmail.com.
